What is the Difference Between Audited and Non-Audited Projects on Neptun?

Audited projects have been reviewed by third-party auditors and will be featured on our platform soon. In contrast, non-audited projects are directly indexed from the blockchain and come with additional risk warnings. These non-audited projects are not endorsed by Neptun Finance and carry higher risks. Participating in these sales is a high-risk activity, and the tokens acquired may lose all value. Neptun Finance is not responsible for any losses incurred through the platform. Users must acknowledge these risks before participating in unvetted sales.

Is there a fee?

Participants are charged a 2% swap fee when purchasing tokens from the pools.

Projects listing on Neptun are subject to 3% fee.

Will I see or be able to withdraw my tokens immediately after purchase?

Tokens purchased may not appear in your wallet immediately due to the claim feature. For further details, please refer to information on token and LP lock.

What are the risks?

Buying digital assets involves risks, and tokens may potentially become worthless. Always do your own research (DYOR) before participating. Neptun Finance assumes no responsibility for any losses incurred from both audited and non-audited token sales.

How do I know if a project is legitimate?

We highly advise conducting thorough research before investing. Evaluate the project's team, whitepaper, community, token metrics, and any available audits. Consider the involvement of venture capital (VC) firms and exercise self-responsibility. Even projects endorsed by launch partners should be carefully assessed. Remember, investing in digital assets carries inherent risks, and you are responsible for your investment decisions.

Are there any participation limits?

Participation limits, including wallet restrictions and minimum/maximum purchase amounts, are set by the project and will be specified in the sale details.

Can I participate in multiple sales simultaneously?

Yes, you can participate in multiple sales simultaneously, as long as you have sufficient funds and fulfill the specific requirements for each sale.

Can I Both Buy and Sell Tokens During an LBP?

It depends if it's a 'buy and sell' LBP or 'buy only' LBP. Check the UI to learn what type of LBP it is as this may impact your purchase decision.
